London

I went to London September 15th and 16th. It was right after the Olympic games, so unfortunately we couldn't visit the Olympic Village.










The Elizabeth Tower with its famous Big Ben Bell. Its in the Westminster Palace.

 
Westminster Abby, but to get in we would have had to pay and wait quiet a while.











We saw how the Tower Bridge opened. It used to do that over a 100 times every day. Now it’s not necessary anymore so it only opens a few times a week for tourists to see.














This was before the musical 'The Lion King' started. It was an 
awesome performance =)

Kraków

Last Saturday my mom and I went to Poland. Here are some pictures =)

This was our hotel room. The hotel maintenance people come twice every day! Like at the Victoria-Jungfrau hotel. The first time to clean up, and the second time honestly I dont know what they came for.

This was the Wawel Cathedral.

The view from the hill, the cathedral was build on. The river is the Vistula.

Those pics were taken on the two hills, that were build 20 000 years ago. There are lots of myths about their origin.

 That was the main square in the old part of the city. The white building was full of jewelery stores and other sorts of souvenir shops. It used to be the market. and now its one of the biggest tourist attraction.

 

On Sunday we went to the Salt Mines close to Krakow. It was huge and very impressiv! With 3 hours tour we were just able to see 1%.

Berlin

Last time school

 

Those pics were taken the second last day of school. Basically every one suited up, because it was the day, the class picture was taken. But as you can see there were some exceptions ^^ 

 This was our last day of school. Our class motto was to dress up without taste. I guess we did a pretty good job =)

 

The day before graduation we had the matua prank. That means that Grade 12 can prank everybody else xD. We made a huge amount of scum in front of the main entrance and everyone had to go through it, because it was the only door left open!
