Kuala Lumpur

We stayed for 3 nights in Kuala Lumpur

The famous Petronas Twin Tower. Highest buildings of the world until 2004

The KL Tower.

The night view was quiet spectacular. Eventought we have been walking the whole day, and our feet were hurting go back to the Towers was totally worth it!

Since we booked our hotel withour breakfast, we went to a food court. There are plenty of food courts in Malaysia. You would go there to eat, and many different shops offer their menu. So everyone could find something they liked.
On our second day we went to visit Batu Caves. You had to walk up 272 steps to get there and try to pass the monkeys which would steal anything that had resemblance to food or drink.

Before going up to the Petronas Tower we went to see the Thean Hou Temple. It a pretty far away from the nearest monorail station, which we really had not expected, since on the guide they did not mention the half an hour walk up hill...

In Chine they put dragons on top of the roof to protect the building. So the more it was important the more dragons it got.

This was on the Bridge at Level 43 of the Twin Towers

The view from the KL Tower.

Penang

After Langkawi we went to Penang. I liked it the most, out of all places we have been in Malaysia
The first Pics are from the Kek Lok Si Temple, one of the greatest temple I've ever been.

Yep, those were all from the Buddhist Temple
The next two are from Cheong Fatt Tze Mansion, who was one of the last true Mandarins

Next we went to the Khoo Kongsi Clanhouse. In that one street there were many Clanhouses, but Khoo Kangsi was the biggest or at least the richest of them.

This last Picture was the view we had from the upper floor of the clanhouse

Like in San Francisco they had a lot of street-art. Some were even in 3D

I am actually not sure what the name of this temple is. It was not on our map and we accidentally walked by it.

We went to a Mosque, and obviously I had to wear something they gave me, because my T-Shirt was disrespectful.

We went to two Buddhist Temple on our last afternoon. It was totally worth it =D
War Chayamangkalaram and
Dhammikarama Burmese Buddhist Temple

We had luck with the weather, so it only started to rain heavily on our way to the hotel

The next morning we took the airplane to Kuala Lumpur at 6 am (so we had to get up at 3....)
